The five-storey brick building was constructed in 1896 and is located within the cultural and historical heritage protection area of Moscow District. The reconstruction of the building started in 2026. The project includes the complete restoration of the historic façade and staircases, replacement of all engineering systems, and the development of 40 modern apartments, while preserving the building’s historic character and adapting it to contemporary living standards.
